Roles & Responsibilities

Role: Quantity Surveyor / Pricing / Site supervisor

Driver license is a must

Job Responsibilities:

  • Site visit to determine the required tasks for the renovation work required by the Clients.
  • Quaintly survey experience to determine the required material to execute the project such as (Tiles, paint etc.)
  • To be able to calculate and prepare the pricing for the projects.
  • Supervise the workers in the sites and control the quality of the work.
  • Prepare the work schedule for the project from mobilization to finalization.
  • Experience in Autocad and drawings.
  • Experience on permissions submission with the authority like Dubai Municipality.
