Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities, to identify project scope and requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive tender submissions, including detailed cost estimates, by utilizing estimating software and methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential financial and contractual risks associated with each tender.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

  • Holds a professional certification.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on tendering.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
