Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of specifications for execution studies. 
  • Preparation of amendments and final general accounts (DGD).
  • Cost study for all trades. Verification of compliance with specifications across different lots.
  • Preparation of quantitative and cost estimates and unit price schedules.
  • Taking measurements and interpreting plans and technical files.

Diploma : Senior Technician - Quality Control Inspector

  • Mastering drawing software (AutoCAD)
  • Knowledge of construction techniques and regulations.
  • Sense of organization.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and excellent communication skills.
  • Action-oriented capacity (French) technical documents (descriptive Quantitative-reports).
  • Minimum experience: 03 years minimum professional experience in the context of establishing M tr and before m tr as well as the verification and establishment of attachments.
  • Ma trisant Word / Excel.
  • Place of residence: The area around Dar El-Beida (Algiers and Boumerdes)
