Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Senior QS

    • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary building projects

    • Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability

    • Experience managing variations, claims, and commercial reporting

    • Ability to lead commercial processes and interface with senior stakeholders

    • Experience administering standard forms of contract and applying standard methods of measurement

    • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent


  • QS

    • Experience in building projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use) and/or civil infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, earthworks, structures, etc.)

    • Strong understanding of measurement and valuation principles / standard methods of measurement

    • Experience preparing interim applications, cost reporting, and managing change

    • Ability to work collaboratively within project teams

    • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a strong foundation in construction principles.

  • Professional membership with recognized institutions like RICS or CIQS is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.

  • Proven track record of managing diverse projects, from residential to commercial developments.
