Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on design drawings and specifications.
- Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation
- Quantify materials, labor, and equipment required.
- Prepare BOQs for tendering and procurement.
- Tendering & Procurement Support
- Assist in preparing tender documents.
- Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts.
- Contract Administration
- Draft and review contracts, variations, and claims.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met by all parties.
- Cost Control & Reporting
- Track project costs against budget.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including cost forecasts and cash flow analysis.
- Value Engineering
- Suggest cost-effective construction methods and material alternatives.
- Optimize resource utilization without compromising quality.
- Final Account & Project Close-Out
- Reconcile costs and settle final accounts.
- Conduct post-project cost analysis.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate Must have experience in Civil, Commercial and Industrial Building.
Gulf Experience ins Mandatory
