Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Quotation Specialist
Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze requests from sales teams (opportunities, CRM),
- Constructing complete cost estimates (BOM) from technical data,
- Consult international suppliers to obtain prices.
- Challenge the costs and propose optimizations,
- Verify the consistency of the data and identify any anomalies.
- Respecting quote delivery deadlines has a direct impact on sales.
You interact with:
- the Sales, Account Management and Business Development teams,
- the Engineering teams (particularly those working on PCBs),
- Suppliers (Europe, Asia, local)
- multi-site quotation teams.

You will be joining a corporate team of estimators , organized on an international scale, with:
- operational management,
- a collaborative approach with sharing of best practices between sites.
Initial training is planned, with progressive support over a broad scope.

You move with ease in a structured, data-oriented and technical environment.
The essentials:
- Good mastery of Excel and the Office suite,
- Ability to analyze, structure and ensure the reliability of information,
- Rigour and attention to detail,
- Autonomy and the ability to step back and reflect,
- Proactive communication with various stakeholders,
- Professional English is essential.
Your career path:
- Training in purchasing, supply chain, engineering or commerce with a technical aptitude,
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement or data analysis would be an asset.
Additional advantages:
