Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and formulate new cosmetic and personal care products (skin care, hair care, hygiene).

  • Improve existing formulations for performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct laboratory testing, stability studies, and product evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to bring concepts to market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, raw materials, and innovative technologies.
  • Bachelor s in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or biochemistry.
  • experience in cosmetics or personal care R&D is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of raw materials, formulation techniques, and stability testing.
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment and analytical methods.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
