Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of innovative cosmetic formulations, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough research on novel ingredients and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance product efficacy and consumer appeal.
- Lead and execute laboratory experiments, meticulously documenting procedures and results to maintain accurate records and facilitate reproducibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product development with market trends and consumer needs, ensuring successful product launches.
- Manage and oversee the stability and compatibility testing of cosmetic formulations, guaranteeing product integrity and shelf life.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and patent applications to communicate findings and protect intellectual property.
Desired Candidate Profile
Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills
Possesses a Master's or Doctoral degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific field, providing a strong foundation in cosmetic formulation.
Demonstrates a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic R&D, showcasing a proven track record of successful product development.
Exhibits in-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and manufacturing processes, ensuring technical proficiency.
Has a strong understanding of cosmetic regulations, safety guidelines, and testing methodologies, ensuring product compliance.
Displays proficiency in laboratory techniques, including formulation development, analytical testing, and instrument operation, ensuring practical skills.
