Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation and development of innovative detergent products, ensuring superior cleaning performance and user experience.
  • Conduct thorough research on raw materials, surfactants, and additives to identify and implement cutting-edge ingredients for enhanced product efficacy.
  • Design and execute experiments, analyzing data to optimize formulations for various applications, including laundry, dishwashing, and hard surface cleaning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and manufacturing, to translate consumer needs and market trends into successful product launches.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations to ensure product compliance and sustainability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills

  • Holds a Master's or Doctoral degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong scientific foundation.

  • Possesses a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in detergent formulation and product development, showcasing practical industry knowledge.

  • Demonstrates expertise in surfactant chemistry, cleaning mechanisms, and the interaction of various ingredients in detergent formulations.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, safety standards (e.g., REACH, EPA), and environmental sustainability in the detergent industry.

  • Has experience with various analytical techniques, such as GC, HPLC, and spectroscopy, for the characterization and analysis of detergents.
