Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation and development of innovative perfume fragrances, ensuring alignment with brand concepts and market trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on raw materials, fragrance technologies, and perfumery techniques to enhance product performance and sensory experience.
  • Evaluate fragrance stability, longevity, and performance through rigorous testing and analysis, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand consumer preferences and translate them into compelling fragrance concepts.
  • Manage and maintain a fragrance library, including the organization and documentation of raw materials, formulas, and fragrance samples.
  • Oversee the fragrance production process, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills

  • Possesses a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Perfumery, or a related scientific field, demonstrating a strong foundation in fragrance science.

  • Holds a recognized perfumery certification, such as a diploma from a reputable perfumery school, showcasing a commitment to professional development.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of fragrance raw materials, including their olfactory profiles, characteristics, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proficient in fragrance formulation software and laboratory techniques, showcasing the ability to translate creative ideas into tangible products.

  • Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
