Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job duties:
- Weigh the necessary raw material according to formula.
- Test prototypes samples against recipe standard.
- Organize tasting to amend recipe accordingly.
- Organize tasting to Check the test parameters related to each product (texture, taste, mouthfeel, viscosity and color .).
- Ensure proper filing for all R&D documents and records.
- Maintain a clean working area.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining R&D laboratory equipment.
Work Schedule: Monday till Friday - 7:00 AM till 17:00 PM
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Food Science or any related field.
- Previous experience in R&D is a plus
