Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job duties:

  • Weigh the necessary raw material according to formula.
  • Test prototypes samples against recipe standard.
  • Organize tasting to amend recipe accordingly.
  • Organize tasting to Check the test parameters related to each product (texture, taste, mouthfeel, viscosity and color .).
  • Ensure proper filing for all R&D documents and records.
  • Maintain a clean working area.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining R&D laboratory equipment.

Work Schedule: Monday till Friday - 7:00 AM till 17:00 PM

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Food Science or any related field.
  • Previous experience in R&D is a plus
