Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve critical performance issues in refrigerator models to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Integrate new refrigerator models into production using Semi Knocked Down (SKD) format, ensuring smooth assembly and product diversity.
  • Conduct detailed competitor product analyses to support product development strategies and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, quality) to implement product improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Support testing and validation processes for new and modified refrigerator models.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
  • ( 1 2 ) years of experience in R&D, product engineering, or appliance manufacturing (refrigerators preferred).
  • Fresh graduates must have relevant project/internship experience .
  • Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in diagnosing and - fixing product performance issues.
  • Good command of English written and spoken .
  • Knowledge of SKD (Semi Knocked Down) manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and MS Office tools.
