Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve critical performance issues in refrigerator models to ensure optimal functionality.
- Integrate new refrigerator models into production using Semi Knocked Down (SKD) format, ensuring smooth assembly and product diversity.
- Conduct detailed competitor product analyses to support product development strategies and market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, quality) to implement product improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Support testing and validation processes for new and modified refrigerator models.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
- ( 1 2 ) years of experience in R&D, product engineering, or appliance manufacturing (refrigerators preferred).
- Fresh graduates must have relevant project/internship experience .
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in diagnosing and - fixing product performance issues.
- Good command of English written and spoken .
- Knowledge of SKD (Semi Knocked Down) manufacturing processes.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis and translate insights into product improvements.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and MS Office tools.
