Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Innovation: Lead the development and formulation of new beverage products, including syrups, liquid concentrates, and powdered drink mixes.
Technical Testing: Conduct comprehensive stability testing, shelf-life analysis, and sensory evaluations to ensure product excellence.
Industrial Scale-up: Successfully transition laboratory pilot batches to large-scale factory manufacturing processes.
Operational Synergy: Collaborate closely with the Production and Procurement departments to streamline manufacturing and raw material sourcing.
Optimization: Manage raw material specifications and implement cost-optimization strategies without compromising product quality.
Team Leadership: Supervise the R&D team and maintain high standards of laboratory safety and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Food/Beverage Research & Development.
Expertise: Proven technical track record in the formulation of syrups, concentrates, or powdered beverages.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, expertise in ingredient interaction, and knowledge of industrial food processing equipment.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Location/Mobility: Must be willing to work and reside in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
