Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, testing, and reassembly of completions equipment.
- Maintain and service upper/lower completions tools, liner hangers, packers, and related accessories per technical manuals and procedures.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with HSE standards; complete JSAs and participate in toolbox talks.
- Track and document work activities using work orders, checklists, and maintenance reports.
- Operate lifting equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes (with certification).
- Prepare completions tools for shipment and receive inbound equipment.
- Report equipment issues, troubleshoot faults, and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in senior roles, ensuring compliance with SOPs and workshop standards.
- Support continuous improvement (LEAN/5S) initiatives for workshop efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
4-6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas workshop environments.
Hands-on experience with completions equipment (upper/lower completions, liner hangers, packers) is required.
Forklift/crane certification (preferred for relevant tasks).
Basic computer and math skills.
Knowledge of HSE and quality management systems in workshop operations.
