Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
- Perform monthly journal capturing and general ledger account reconciliations (pre-payments, accruals, salaries, inter-group loans, fixed assets, etc.)
- Perform month-end accounting activities and reporting.
- Coordinate with other departments (O2C, P2P,Tax etc ) to ensure accurate and timely general ledger balances.
- Make accounting records available for review, on a timely basis, by entities, internal auditors, external auditors and other stakeholders, as required.
- Perform month-end P/L analysis.
- Booking debit notes recharged from head office.
- Respond to any ad hoc inquiries from the top management.
- Support quarterly consolidation for assigned companies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
- 3-6 years experience in accounting field.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- CMA / IFRS qualified or near qualification is a plus.
