Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan coverage and interference, perform RF high-level design, and define parameter and feature workbooks.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize design documentation to ensure consistent project delivery.
  • Conduct capacity analysis and prepare high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) designs.
  • Perform delta analysis and map KPIs across multi-vendor environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance improvements and design excellence.
  • Present design recommendations and technical findings effectively to customer teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field
  • Proven hands-on experience in Radio Network Technologies – 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G (SA & NSA)
  • Proficiency with RF planning tools: NetAct, MantRay, 9955, QGIS
  • Strong understanding of coverage analysis, capacity planning, and parameter/feature design
  • Excellent presentation and customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make technical decisions confidently
