Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
Overseas Hiring:

Require only Physicians currently outside of Qatar.

Licensing:

Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.

Must be eligible for registration and licensing in the State of Qatar as Specialist.

Expat Opportunity | Long Term Full-Time Open-Ended | Tax-Free Salary

Total Monthly Salary: 30,200 QAR | Non-Negotiable

 The Total Salary is Structured as follows:

Basic Salary
Market Allowance: % of Basic
Professional Allowance: % of Basic
Transport Allowance: 1,250 QAR
GSM Allowance: 500 QAR per month
 

Additional Benefits (over and above the total monthly salary):

Schooling Allowances: 21,000 QAR per child per academic year (up to 3 children, ages 5–18)
Housing: Accommodation Provided
Annual Leave: 40 days per year
Flight Tickets: Economy Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 5–18 (annual, joining & repatriation)
Baggage Allowance: Provided for joining & repatriation
Conference Entitlement: Every 2 years, after 18 months of service – up to 9 days (including travel) with round-trip ticket

Family benefits are applicable only if dependents reside in Qatar under the employee’s sponsorship.
All compensation and benefits are extended at the sole discretion of the employer.
Currency conversions are approximate and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
