RADIOLOGY SECTIONAL REPRESENTATIVE I King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (Gen. Org.)

Greets and assist patients and visitors in the Radiology Department, schedule future appointments for in-patients and out-patients, and handle urgent examination requests.

Receives in-patient requests, arrange exams, and ensure proper preparation as instructed by sectional technical staff.

Communicates with other departments (e.g., DPC, DMU,Pre-Anesthesia) to coordinate sectional procedures and special bookings.

Assists in re-arranging workflows and appointment schedules during planned or unplanned machine downtime, informing patients and staff of changes.

Arranges transportation for patients and coordinate with therecovery room for follow-up care as needed.

Reschedules patient appointments as directed by the sectional supervisor, ensuring all necessary notifications are made to patients.

Provides patients with preparation instructions and maintain their medical records according to department policies.

Collaborates with Radiologists and Technologists to manage exam protocols, prescriptions, and other requirements.

Adheres to Radiology section policies, safety protocols, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with Radiation Safety Rules and the ALARA principle.
