Roles & Responsibilities
A degree in State Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation or Railway Systems) or equivalent university qualification.
Prior experience (or significant internship) in a railway signalling design office is required.
Comp tences Techniques :
Imperative mastery of AutoCAD ( SCHME and RASTER modules ).
Knowledge of electrical calculation software (Caneco BT type) and the PELIMAT tool .
Good understanding of signalling systems (Signaling posts, ETCS, interlocking principles).
Soft Skills: Absolute rigor, autonomy, technical curiosity and ability to work in a demanding environment in terms of railway safety.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile :
As an operational design engineer, you are responsible for the reliability and safety of railway signaling systems. Serving as a key interface between signaling principles and on-site commissioning, you ensure the production of execution documents and the conformity of technical diagrams. With a rigorous approach and strong analytical skills, you master the constraints related to interlocking and ground-to-train interfaces to guarantee the safety of train operations.
Missions :
Analysis and Design: Analyze input documents (Technical Plans, Signage Principles, Minutes) to prepare execution studies.
Technical Production: Create installation plans, isolation plans, cable unrolling diagrams and studies of distribution centers or equipment.
Electrical interlocking & studies: Design the electrical signaling circuit diagrams (NS1 chassis facades) and carry out automatic or manual terminaling using dedicated tools.
Net Setup & As-Built: Carry out the net setup and the "Compliant" completion by integrating site feedback and the evolution of technical indices.
Normative Compliance: Guarantee the strict application of functional constraint rules and railway technical standards (IN/DES/IG references).
Reporting: Ensure technical monitoring of deliverables and quality of studies according to the project commitment method.
