About Rak Medical & Health Sciences University

RAK Medical & Health Sciences University (RAKMHSU) has been set up under the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. It is the first comprehensive Health Science University in the UAE that is fully managed by the Government of Ras Al Khaimah. RAKMHSU offers higher education degrees in the fields of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and nursing through its four Colleges: RAK College of Medical Sciences, RAK College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, RAK College of Nursing, and RAK College of Dental Sciences. All our programs have been fully accredited locally by the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) under the Ministry of Education. Also, RAKMHSU is listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS), hence it is internationally accredited.
