Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Testing Proctor is responsible for administering exams in a secure, fair, and professional testing environment. This role ensures all testing procedures are followed, maintains academic integrity, and provides support to test-takers before, during, and after examinations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure secure, compliant test delivery
• Welcome and guide candidates through their exam experience
• Proctor exams with professionalism and precision
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
• Support administrative and technical processes
• Keep the testing area clean, organized, and ready for success
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• High school graduate (or equivalent)
• Strong communicator with great people skills
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn
• Professional, dependable, and detail-driven
• Available for daytime and/or evening shifts
• (Preferred) Previous experience in customer service or proctoring
