The Ramp and Baggage Handling Agent is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely movement of passenger baggage, cargo, and support for aircraft ground operations. This includes sorting, loading, unloading, and transferring baggage, supporting aircraft movements, and assisting with fueling, safety, and various operational tasks within the ramp area.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle and sort baggage in designated areas and load/unload baggage from aircraft, carts, and ground service equipment.
• Transfer baggage from aircraft to reclaim areas, between designated zones, and ensure accurate delivery to conveyor systems.
• Operate baggage handling systems and report any damaged or suspicious baggage.
• Load and unload aircraft cargo, baggage, mail, live animals, and dangerous goods (under supervision when required).
• Marshal aircraft during arrival and departure to guide them safely to assigned parking positions.
• Perform refueling and defueling of fixedwing aircraft and helicopters in accordance with MUKAMALAH procedures.
• Monitor fueling facilities, perform required fuel sampling, and support fuel loading operations.
• Provide assistance for medical flights, including patient transfer to and from aircraft.
• Assist the Aircraft Cleaning Services team with interior and exterior cabin cleaning support when needed.
• Complete all mandatory training as required by MUKAMALAH.
• Perform any additional operational or safety-related tasks as directed by the MUKAMALAH Representative.
