Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The RAMS Manager will be responsible for managing Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) processes to ensure the integrity and performance of the metro system throughout its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase. This role requires deep technical expertise, a strong engineering background, and thorough knowledge of international standards such as EN 50126.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all RAMS processes to ensure system integrity, operational efficiency, and safety compliance across the metro network.
- Develop, implement, and monitor RAMS strategies and frameworks aligned with project goals and international standards.
- Conduct detailed RAMS analysis to identify risks, optimize system performance, and support decision-making throughout the O&M lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to integrate RAMS principles into daily activities and long-term planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, particularly EN 50126, and maintain documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership in RAMS-related investigations, assessments, and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of expertise in RAMS analysis, preferably within metro or railway infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of EN 50126 and other applicable RAMS standards and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
