Ran Project Manager

The RAN Project Manager acts as the single point of contact for Vendor s implementation organization. Responsible for the full lifecycle of RAN rollout and deployment projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of RAN rollout activities.
• Manage site scheduling, prioritization, and progress reporting across multiple regions.
• Supervise subcontractor field teams (installation, power, rigging) to ensure performance and compliance.
• Oversee project documentation, as-built files, and acceptance reports.
• Track site progress through the Vendor or Operators systems (e.g., Site Handler, Excel Tracker).
• Ensure site quality audits, safety compliance, and punch list closure.
• Communicate regularly with the Vendor rollout teams and Operator s representatives.
• Provide weekly progress and KPI reports to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 10 years of experience in telecom rollout or RAN deployment projects
• Strong knowledge of wireless access technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G)
• Experience leading multi-site or multi-vendor rollout projects
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
