Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description
  • Perform chemical analysis of raw materials ( API, expients and packaging materials) with full complience to GMP.
  • Review and maintain accurate laboratory records, test results and certificate of analysis.
  • Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions and reagents.
  • Perform sampling of raw materials and pachaging materials according to WHO.
  • Deal with reference standards and preparing working standards.
  • Perform water analysis and conduct trend analysis.
  • Invesrigate out of specification (OOS) and out of trend (OOT).
  • Analyze new supplier's samples.
  • Control of unit documentation including sops, specifications and analytical test method.
  • Control and issuing deviations and change control.
  • Calculate analytical requirements needed for raw material unit including reference materials, glassware.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science.
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience.
