The Role

The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer plays a key supporting role in the delivery of geotechnical engineering services across Dubai projects. Working under the guidance of Senior and Associate Engineers, the Graduate Engineer contributes to technical analysis, reporting, and design development while building core capability in foundation engineering, shoring, ground improvement, and earthworks. The role combines structured technical development with active involvement in live projects, contributing directly to project outputs while developing professional competence within a high-performing geotechnical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support geotechnical analysis, calculations, and report preparation under senior supervision.
• Assist in interpretation of ground investigation data and preparation of logs, figures, and design inputs.
• Contribute to foundation, shoring, ground improvement, and earthworks tasks.
• Support delivery of short-duration work packages and respond to technical queries.
• Assist with construction-stage clarifications and coordination where required.
• Carry out defined technical tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with Senior and Associate Engineers to develop technical competence and understanding of best practice standards.
