Were Hiring: RIS/RCM Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia (Work Visa with Family Status)
Duty Hours: 8 Hours/Day, 6 Days/Week

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RIS/RCM Engineer to support operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in turbomachinery and extrusion systems, with strong capabilities in troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and conducting long-term performance studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review asset manuals, SAP data history, manufacturer design & operational procedures.
  
• Revalidate/update key documents including P&IDs, process flows, etc.
  
• Conduct study analysis using Meridium software, gather required data, and generate actionable recommendations.
  
• Participate in site visits, workshops, and ensure proper implementation of recommendations.
  
• Ensure all studies undergo SABTANK Quality Team review, with strict compliance to quality standards.
  
• Complete RIS study requirements: Definition, SIL Assessment, SIL Verification, SIL Validation, Proof Test Task, and MOC updates.
  
• Document and upload RIS workshops to Meridium.
  
• Collaborate with SABTANK teams to ensure proper validation and acceptance of studies.
  

Requirements

• Proven expertise in RIS methodology, LOPA, and Meridium software (awareness will be provided if needed).
  
• TUV Certification or equivalent training in RIS/LOPA preferred.
  
• Prior SABIC RIS & LOPA training is an added advantage.
  
• Ability to conduct 24 studies per day in software and facilitate 1 2 RIS workshops per week.
  
• Strong technical background in turbomachinery, extrusion systems, and industrial reliability studies.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
