Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate Reach Truck safely and efficiently inside the warehouse.
Load, unload, move and stack materials as per warehouse requirements.
Pick and place pallets at required height levels (racking system).
Perform daily equipment inspection before starting the shift.
Follow all safety rules and company guidelines.
Ensure goods are handled carefully to avoid damage.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area.
Assist in inventory checks and stock counting when required.
Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must hold a valid Heavy Tractor (License No. 8) – Physical license mandatory.
Proven experience as a Reach Truck Operator (warehouse experience preferred).
Good knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Basic communication skills (Hindi/Urdu/English preferred).
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.
Must wear safety shoes and safety jacket for the interview.
