Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced React Tech Lead to join our team at Smile Maroc. You will be responsible for leading a frontend team and coordinating development efforts on projects. The position is based in Casablanca.

Mission:
• Technically lead a Front End team and ensure technical coordination of projects.
• Develop front solutions using ReactJS, Node JS, Vue JS and other renowned Frameworks
• Be proactive and provide technical advice.
• Supervise the team and provide educational support, particularly in terms of analysis and debugging.
• Improve the stack and development framework within projects.
• Participate in architecture and technical choices.
• Conduct code reviews and propose concrete improvements.
• Optimize code to improve performance.
• Prepare inputs and tickets for technical topics.
• Popularize technical aspects for better understanding by the team.
• Organize meetings to promote technical exchanges.

Required profile:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in Front End development, including significant experience as a Tech Lead.
You must master the following technologies: ReactJS, Node.js, Vue JS, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap
You must have good quality practices and master testing tools such as Cypress and Jest.
You must be able to understand and optimize web performance, and have experience with client/server rendering.
In addition to technical skills, you must have strong leadership skills, be able to supervise and train a team, and have an ability to popularize complex technical aspects. Experience with a design system and a CMS is a major asset.
