Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and company marketing channels
Contact and follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and landlords
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
Conduct professional property viewings and present properties effectively
Negotiate deals between clients and property owners to achieve the best outcomes
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi and UAE property market trends and pricing
Promote company listings through portals, social media, and direct marketing
Prepare and support completion of necessary paperwork and agreements
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales and leasing process
Desired Candidate Profile

Have strong negotiation and communication skills
Are target-driven and goal-oriented
Are willing to go the extra mile
Can speak both Arabic and English
Have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

� Sales Package Options:
1️⃣ Commission-Based Only
No fixed salary but there is a 50/50 commission structure
2️⃣ Fixed Salary + Commission (15 Positions Available)
Fixed salary + 50% commission
Must have experience
Must be willing to undergo 15 days of training
3️⃣ Senior Package (10 Positions Available)
Fixed salary + 30% commission
Must have experience
Must be willing to undergo 7 days of training
