Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and manage qualified property leads
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Negotiate prices, contracts, and closing terms
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide market analysis and property recommendations
Achieve sales and leasing targets
Guide junior agents and support team development
Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company requirements
Prepare and review property listings, agreements, and documentation
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and property owners
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Deliver excellent customer service before and after transactions
Promote properties through online platforms, networking, and marketing activities
Maintain accurate records of clients and transactions

3–5 years real estate/sales experience
Strong closing & negotiation skills
Target-driven and confident personality
Arabic & English speaker
