Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations within the real estate office to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update property records, contracts, and client documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, agents, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Support the preparation and processing of lease agreements, sales contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Schedule and organize property viewings, meetings, and appointments for agents and clients.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and facility needs to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Track and report on property listings, sales, and rental activities using real estate management software.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and prospective buyers or tenants, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all administrative processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of office procedures and administrative systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of proven experience in real estate administration or office management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Solid understanding of real estate processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
