Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Advise clients on property investment opportunities, guiding them through the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties from a diverse portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
Present comprehensive property presentations, including market analysis, pricing, and investment potential.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal requirements.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice.
Coordinate property viewings, site visits, and follow-up meetings with clients and developers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales, consultancy, or a similar advisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to analyze market data and trends.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
