About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, and passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors find the perfect property.

You will represent the company professionally, manage leads, negotiate deals, and close sales in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and communities

Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and close deals

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers

Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reporting

Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Requirements Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferred but not mandatory) Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA laws Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

UAE Driving license is an advantage What We Offer
