Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on personalized service and building trust, especially with female clients.
- Conduct property viewings and effectively showcase properties, highlighting features and benefits tailored to female clients' preferences.
- Negotiate offers and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.
- Market properties using various channels, including social media, emphasizing female-centric marketing strategies and platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Holds a valid real estate license, with all required certifications and continuing education credits up-to-date.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in closing deals.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of the local real estate market, including property values and market trends.
