Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Targets
The role requires achieving assigned quarterly and annual sales goals as set by management. Sales expectations include 20 million per quarter for Fresh Sales Executives, 25 million per quarter for Property Consultants, and 35 million per quarter for Senior Sales Executives. - Client Meetings
You will be expected to conduct at least four DONE meetings per week to strengthen relationships and secure new business. - Lead Generation
Responsibilities include generating five to seven qualified client requests and arranging four meetings per day through lead management, networking, and consistent follow-up. - Sales Calls & Communication
The role requires making between 400 and 700 sales calls per day to ensure constant engagement with new and existing clients. High-quality communication that reflects the company s values and professionalism is essential. - Presentations
You will deliver daily property presentations, either in-person or virtual, to showcase available listings and investment opportunities. - Teamwork & Attitude
Maintaining a positive, respectful, and proactive attitude with colleagues and managers is important. The role also requires effective collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to support overall business goals. - CRM Management
You will track and update all leads, inquiries, and transactions in the CRM system on a daily basis. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, clients, and deals is required, along with logging all activities such as calls, meetings, follow-ups, and deal progress. - Market Awareness
Staying informed about real estate market conditions, pricing trends, and new developments is essential. You may also represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and open houses when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- A bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Candidates should have previous experience in real estate, with the ability to conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including expertise in deal structuring and closing, are essential.
- Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in client relationship management and possess excellent communication skills. Creativity, strategic thinking, and familiarity with CRM systems are also important.
