Key Responsibilities
Source, list, and market residential properties
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Negotiate offers and close sales/rentals
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords
Keep CRM records updated and accurate
