Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Listing and marketing residential properties across Dubai
  • Gathering property details and coordinating marketing materials
  • Staying up to date with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
  • Conducting property valuations and viewings
  • Negotiating deals from first viewing through to offer and closing
  • Building long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and care calls
  • Generating new business via our database, referrals, and your own network
  • Working closely with our Sales Progression and support teams to ensure smooth transaction

What We re Looking For:

  • Sales experience is a plus but drive, hunger, and attitude matter more
  • Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a big bonus)
  • Professional, presentable, and confident at all times
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, resilient, and ready to work in a high-performance environment
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to personal and professional growth
  • Smart business dress because first impressions matter
