Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in real estate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of local property markets and real estate principles.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proactive approach to closing deals.
  • Ability to understand and explain real estate contracts and legal documents.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A valid real estate license is required for practice in this domain.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
