Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Actively generate and manage property listings in both off-plan and secondary market • Handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings and manage negotiations • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and closing procedures • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance • Coordinate with internal teams for listings, marketing, and documentation • Maintain accurate records of leads and transactions using CRM systems

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales in Dubai • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market (off-plan & secondary) • RERA certification is an advantage (not mandatory) • Commission-based role with high earning potential • Visa provided after meeting performance criteria
