Roles & Responsibilities
REAL ESTATE AGENT (SECONDARY MARKET) | DUBAI
Fair Opportunity Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in the secondary market to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and market secondary property listings
Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
Conduct property viewings and follow-ups
Negotiate deals and successfully close transactions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide expert advice throughout the full sales cycle
Areas of Focus:
Dubai Hills Estate
DAMAC Hills
Al Furjan
DAMAC Lagoons
Strong knowledge or experience in other Dubai communities is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)
Proven experience in the secondary market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Good knowledge of Dubai real estate communities
