Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders, inspectors, and contractors, to provide clients with a full suite of services.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, offering expert advice on pricing strategies, property value, and negotiation tactics.
  • Create compelling property listings, utilizing professional photography and staging techniques to highlight the best features and attract potential buyers.
  • Organize and conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties effectively and answering client inquiries with confidence.
  • Assist clients in securing financing options and navigating the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
  • Prepare and present purchase agreements, leases, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly, staying ahead of competitors and maximizing property visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process, fostering long-term relationships and encouraging client referrals.
  • Continuously enhance industry knowledge through professional development opportunities, staying updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred to provide a strong foundation in real estate principles.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Physical ability to conduct property showings and inspections, including walking through properties and navigating various terrains.
  • Strong proficiency in real estate software and tools, such as MLS systems, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in residential real estate, as well as familiarity with commercial properties being a plus.
