Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, RERA regulations, and market trends

Desired Candidate Profile

• RERA Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing in Dubai
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals
