Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements, property preferences, and investment goals to recommend suitable real estate options.

  • Provide professional guidance on the Dubai real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

  • Present available properties to clients and arrange property viewings and project presentations.

  • Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their needs and budget.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.

  • Promote and market property listings through available channels and networks.

  • Support clients throughout the property selection and decision-making process.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial client engagement to successful deal closure.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

2–4 years of experience in real estate sales / property brokerage / advisory sales in the UAE
Exposure to off-plan and secondary market property sales
RERA certification required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and client-focused mindset
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
UAE driving license preferred
