Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand client requirements, property preferences, and investment goals to recommend suitable real estate options.
Provide professional guidance on the Dubai real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Present available properties to clients and arrange property viewings and project presentations.
Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
Promote and market property listings through available channels and networks.
Support clients throughout the property selection and decision-making process.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial client engagement to successful deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in real estate sales / property brokerage / advisory sales in the UAE
Exposure to off-plan and secondary market property sales
RERA certification required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and client-focused mindset
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
UAE driving license preferred
Location: Dubai
