Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads actively by networking, cold calling, and utilizing online platforms to build a robust client base.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers, striving to secure the best possible terms for your clients while managing expectations.
  • Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other necessary paperwork ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Manage client relationships, providing consistent communication and updates throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Commit to continuous professional development by attending training, seminars, and staying updated on industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 1 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of real estate principles, practices, and market dynamics.

  • Proficient in using CRM software, MLS systems, and other relevant technology tools.

  • Displays a self-motivated and results-oriented personality with the ability to work independently.

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Has a strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
