Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source, list, and promote properties (sales and rentals) through online platforms, referrals, and company networks.
• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and manage real estate documentation such as tenancy contracts, MoUs, and sales agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE property market trends, RERA regulations, and community developments.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with developers, landlords, and clients.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance property exposure.
• Ensure all transactions comply with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA policies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets.
• Provide after-sales support and handle client feedback or complaints professionally.
