Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, customer-focused, and driven to achieve results in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.

  • Generate leads through networking, marketing, and property listings.

  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property laws, and developments.

  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve successful closures.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven 1 year experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.

  • Must be located in UAE.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).

  • Good knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance and attitude.

  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (advantage).

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
