Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships. Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in Dubai. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures. Advise clients on market trends, ROI, and investment opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams for lead follow-ups.
Language Requirements English: Mandatory Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, German, etc.) are a strong advantage.

Required Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales drive with a passion for real estate. Client-focused mindset — professional, ethical, and proactive. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Presentation skills and confidence in client interactions. Familiarity with CRM systems or digital sales tools (an advantage).
