Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain leads through networking, marketing, and client referrals. List, promote, and manage residential and commercial property listings. Conduct property viewings and client meetings. Negotiate and close deals in line with company targets. Prepare all required sales and rental doentation. Maintain good relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and clients. Stay updated with market trends, property values, and RERA regulations. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be currently residing in the UAE. Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident, motivated, and target-oriented personality. Good knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). RERA certification (an advantage). Compensation & Benefits: 50% commission on each successful closing completed by you. No basic salary or fixed allowance. Commissions are paid after the company receives full payment from the client. UAE Employment Visa sponsorship. Health insurance coverage in line with UAE regulations. Company SIM card with calling and data package (provided after achieving AED 15,000 in closed sales). Company laptop for official use.
