Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms, focusing on generating a consistent flow of potential clients.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties' key features and benefits while addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers with buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are met and protecting the interests of clients throughout the transaction process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a real estate license being mandatory.
  • Possess a strong understanding of real estate principles, practices, and market dynamics.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
